The Purple Sage can cater receptions for up to 100 guests. We have four delicious menus to choose from.
We can substitute entrees or desserts to cater to your liking. An additional fee may be required for some entrees.

All dinners include bread and water service. A service gratuity of 20% will be added.

1st Course

Barbeque Chicken Tamales
Pulled chicken in jalapeno BBQ sauce over tamale pancakes, topped with avocado salsa and cilantro cream

 

2nd Course

Iceberg Wedge
Wedged iceberg lettuce topped with chile Ranch dressing, apple wood smoked bacon and crumbled Gorgonzola

or

Purple Sage Salad
Chilled spring greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette topped with spicy pecans and marinated red onions

 

3rd Course

Filet Mignon
Grilled filet mignon topped with pink peppercorn pinot reduction over lobster mascarpone risotto with roasted brussel sprouts

or

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Hand made ravioli tossed with sour apple, red onion, and fresh sage in brown butter

or

Sugar & Chili Cured Duck
Seared duck breast and roasted duck leg over green chili macaroni with sugar snap peas

or

Blue Corn Rainbow Trout
Fresh Utah trout dredged in blue corn meal, fresh herbs, and cracked pepper then pan fried. Topped with citrus sage butter served with scalloped purple potatoes and spaghetti squash 

 

4th Course

Ice Cream Sandwich
House made chocolate chip cookies filled with vanilla ice cream served with warm chocolate sauce

Bread Pudding
Cafe Terigo famous bread pudding with dried cranberries, pine nuts, and hot butter rum sauce
