The Purple Sage can cater receptions for up to 100 guests. We have four delicious menus to choose from.
We can substitute entrees or desserts to cater to your liking. An additional fee may be required for some entrees.

All dinners include bread and water service.
A service gratuity of 20% will be added.

1st Course

Purple Sage Salad
Chilled greens with balsamic vinaigrette, spicy pecans, and marinated red onions

 

2nd Course

Veal Meatloaf
Tender meatloaf with a hint of roasted poblanos and pine nuts topped with sweet and mild chili sauce served with whipped potatoes and steamed broccolini

or

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Hand made ravioli tossed with sour apple, red onion, and fresh sage in brown butter

or

Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin marinated in bourbon and molasses topped with mango BBQ sauce served with maple whipped sweet potatoes, sugar snap peas, and spaghetti squash

 

3rd Course

Butterscotch Pudding with whipped cream
