The Purple Sage can cater receptions for up to 100 guests. We have four delicious menus to choose from.
We can substitute entrees or desserts to cater to your liking. An additional fee may be required for some entrees.

All dinners include bread and water service. A service gratuity of 20% will be added.

1st Course

Warm Potato Chips
Hand sliced potato chips topped with melted bleu cheese

 

2nd Course
Iceberg Wedge
Wedged iceberg lettuce topped with chili Ranch dressing, apple wood smoked bacon and crumbled Gorgonzola

 

3rd Course

Wild Alaskan Salmon
Fresh grilled salmon filet over tequila coconut curry sauce and forbidden black rice. Topped with Asian cabbage salad

Truffle Apple Chicken
Fresh airline chicken breast stuffed with black truffles, sour apples, and Camembert cheese over smoked paprika cream sauce. Served with buttermilk chive dumplings and braised red cabbage

or

Butternut Squash Ravioli
Hand made ravioli tossed with sour apple, red onion, and fresh sage in brown butter

or

Veal Meatloaf
Tender meatloaf with a hint of roasted poblanos and pine nuts topped with sweet and mild chili sauce served with whipped potatoes and steamed broccolini

 

4th Course

Mini Chocolate Bunt Cake
Homemade chocolate cake served warm and topped with fudge sauce, served with butter pecan ice cream
